We understand that plans can change. Since gemstones and jewellery involve immediate manufacturing or dispatch, certain conditions apply for cancellations, replacements, and refunds.
Cancellation Policy
For Rings & Pendants:
Manufacturing begins the day after your order is placed. Therefore:
• Within 1 day of placing your order → Full refund, no deductions.
• After 1 day → ₹900 will be deducted as a restocking fee to cover partial manufacturing and making charges already incurred.
• After Shipping → ₹2,150 will be deducted as restocking and shipping charges to cover manufacturing and insured shipping costs already incurred.
(This policy also applies to RTO or undelivered items.)

For Loose Gemstones:
Loose gemstone orders are usually dispatched the next day.
• Within 1 day of placing your order → Full refund, no deductions.
• Before Shipping → Full refund, no deductions.
• After Shipping → ₹1,250 will be deducted as insured shipping charges.
(This policy also applies to RTO or undelivered items.)

Replacement Policy
We do not initiate returns as a standard practice. However, in case of genuine damage or defect, we will be happy to offer a replacement within 7 days of delivery.
Please note that natural inclusions in gemstones are normal characteristics and will not be considered as damage or defect.
Steps to Follow for Replacement
• Record an unboxing video before opening the sealed package.
• Ensure the seal, packaging, and product are clearly visible in the video.
• If the product appears damaged or defective, share the unboxing video with our support team along with your replacement request.
Once the issue is verified, we will guide you through the replacement process.
⚠️ Claims without a valid unboxing video may not be eligible for replacement verification.

Refund Process
In cases where a refund is applicable (such as order cancellations or approved claims), the remaining amount after applicable deductions will be refunded to your original payment method.
Processing time may vary depending on your payment provider or bank.
